What the standards include
The set of standards establishes minimum levels for structure, M&E systems, and fire safety for all BFF projects: 2 tons/m² floor loading, 24m column span with no interior columns, 12m clear height, 3-phase electrical system with approximately 1,500 kVA capacity and backup power, and fire protection systems meeting NFPA / TCVN 5738 standards.
