After two months of focusing on the substructure, the BFF Factory & Warehouse construction site has entered the superstructure phase at a steady pace. General Contractor B has mobilized two additional 60-ton tower cranes and a specialized steel erection team, ensuring progress for both sub-zones A1 and A2 runs in parallel.
May Progress Overview
The strip and isolated foundation systems for the office and auxiliary blocks passed Phase 1 inspection on May 9, 2026. BFF’s independent monitoring department recorded a margin of error within ±3mm, meeting TCVN 9362:2012 standards for industrial construction.
When the substructure finishes two weeks early, it is not luck — it is the result of a meticulous set of design standards and an experienced general contractor.
